This house is 91 miles North of NYC and bus pickup is easy. Across from the water and just outside the Town Main Street Area. You can walk across the street to the Rondout River (there is a stairway down beside the bridge for fishing and Kayak). As you look up from the porch or out the windows you can see the Rail Trestle and the Joppenburgh Mountain. This home is a 12 minute drive from the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz www.mohonkpreserve.org  and a 20 minute drive from the Blue Sky Ranch drop zone in Gardiner www.SkydiveTheRanch.com If you have any questions or you want to see this dear and charming house, please  e-mail by clicking the contact page. This home is a 2 minute walk to the center of Rosendale. Just past the rail trestle on Route 213, it is also a 3 mile drive to High Falls, a 7 mile drive to New Paltz, and an 8 mile drive to Mohonk Mountain House. For specific directions or information about the area, use the links at the right :
